We have 3 simple phases: Define◦Design◦Deliver. First we start by defining what data and intelligence you need. Then, we design the solution that can then deliver these results. We want you to be really confident and comfortable with our process for helping you achieve your goals. No matter which problem we are working on, our approach involves:

2. Gathering Complete Information.

3. Assessing Information and other Intelligence we have collected,

4. Developing a strategy and set of action items for moving forward.

5. Monitoring and feedback.
